Nationality: USA. Occupation: Filmmaker. Missions with C4C: Haiti 2025.

How long have you climbed? Since 2019. Type of climbing you do: Experienced in distance backpacking, moderate ability on crags, willing to sling an ice axe. Highlight of climbing career: Pingora Peak, Wyoming.

How long have you been a Christian? Since 2014. Type of ministry you are blessed to serve in: Media and discipleship.

Favorite Scripture verse (and why): James 4:17 has rested well in my heart in following God into whatever he calls me to do. Disobedience is sinful when we knowingly avoid His call.

Special “God moment” you’d like to share: Neither God’s call for me to filmmaking nor the outdoors were planned. God had put people in my path and that made creative endeavors a no-brainer. Two years later I was put into a spot where I had to buy everything I needed to experience outdoor adventure for a film gig. God knew what he was doing while I was nothing but clueless and obediently saying “Yes, Lord.”

What does Climbing For Christ mean to you? C4C is a ministry that has meant a lot from afar and up close. Reading stories online encouraged me to “get to know the guys behind the ministry” and that has been a place to see the Lord move in His faithfulness. C4C is family.
